Google.com is one of the famous search engine. threre is no option for google to make mistakes but google made second mistake first is

and second is written below :-
today when i searched “submit URL to google”
Search Result (click on image see to larger)
it sows many results when i click on 1st result(www.google.com/webmasters/tools/submit-url/) it shows
404 error(click on image see to larger)
It means that google indexed a wrong url ( www.google.com/webmasters/tools/submit-url/) instead of www.google.com/webmasters/tools/submit-url
Occurrences like these are always hilarious. We expect Google to be perfect
such things always happen, but for the company like Google it is completely unacceptable..
